Making New Friends

Children from Our Lady Of Peace Nursery were excited to make new friends at Mosswood Care Home as they visited each of our units and sang songs for residents.
The children were spoilt on their visit and lunch was no exception. Mosswood’s Kitchen team have won awards for their great work and pull out all the stops to ensure the kids enjoyed a scrumptious lunch with the residents.

Resident Vicky had great fun with the parachute and said how the afternoon took her back to her childhood and that she is looking forward to seeing the children again.
To end the day, staff and a few of our residents joined the children in our garden. Janette and Cathy watched on as the kids played with the giant connect 4 and parachute game.
