Stanely Park Care Home’s Chef Karen took centre stage today as she taught residents how to make their very own pizzas.
Every resident was encouraged to join in, with plenty of toppings on offer for the residents to choose from. Freda was a fantastic help as she was in charge of putting the toppings on each pizza and Betty commented that she loved how colourful the toppings were.
It was a new experience for Margaret, who let us know that she had never tasted pizza before. Much to her surprise, she said that she loved the melted cheese on top!
