All You Need is Love

In preparation for Mosswood’s afternoon tea on Valentine's day, residents helped make red love heart decorations. The theme of love filled the room as there were red balloons, heart-shaped bunting and wall decorations.
As love songs played in the background, the Mosswood kitchen brought in some delicious biscuits and decorated cupcakes for all to enjoy. Singing and dancing ensued as some love song favourites filled the room, Hilda commented afterwards that it had been great fun!
There was a selection Valentine’s cards with funny rhymes which had everyone laughing. This was beneficial to the residents as they reminisced about the Valentines cards they had sent and had received when they were younger.
Many loved ones joined us for the afternoon and had a fantastic time, Evelyn said she had a lovely afternoon chatting with the ladies and taking part in the activities.
