Meet Lillyburn’s New Pastry Chefs

Head Chef John and Chef Matthew launched their cooking club again due to popular demand. At a recent resident meeting, the group had suggested making Strawberry Gateaux. With support from staff and the Chefs, the residents created a delicious masterpiece that made everyone’s mouth water.
Kirsty and Mary very much enjoyed helping create the Gateaux’s and large Strawberry pie today and were happy to hear that they would be having some for desert after dinner this evening.
