We’re absolutely thrilled to share that Pacific Care has been named one of the Top 10 Small Care Home Providers in the UK in the very first Lottie Awards!
The Lottie Awards were created to shine a light on the most exceptional care providers across the UK – and we’re proud to be recognised among them.
Evaluated against 10 carefully curated metrics across four key areas – Care Quality, Digitisation, Operational Efficiency, and Workplace Culture – the awards set “an important new standard for the industry,” according to Lottie’s CEO and Co-Founder, Will Donnelly.
Lottie is a digital marketplace that helps families find the right care for their loved ones. Founded in 2021, it’s now one of the UK’s leading care platforms, offering a trusted and transparent way to search for care homes. The Lottie Awards were launched in 2025 to highlight care providers who go above and beyond – making it easier for care seekers to identify those truly excelling in their field.
This award celebrates not just the care we deliver, but the people who make it all possible. From carers and nurses to kitchen teams, housekeepers, and managers, this is a tribute to the heart and soul of Pacific Care – our team.
