Santa Spreads Christmas Cheer

Birdston Day Care holds a week long Christmas celebration to allow all service users the chance to join in on the festivities.
Every day begins with a game of pass the parcel along with a sing-along of popular Christmas carols. At lunch everyone was spoilt with a traditional Christmas dinner and Christmas pudding for dessert.
Afternoon entertainment was provided by a number of singers over the week as well as a pantomime and the service users were very fond of their performances.
Santa even popped in for some photos and brought presents for everyone to enjoy. The parties went down a treat and it got everyone was in the Christmas spirit.
