Senior Care Assistant

Role

This position is available for both Days and Nights across various shift patterns. 

To oversee/maintain the care of all Service Users and achieve high standards in care in a professional manner

To effectively supervise care staff, in the absence of the Manager and Deputy Manager

To delegate tasks, supervise and monitor care practice of all junior Staff

To promote best practice in all aspects of care delivery

Required

Previous supervisory experience

Keen eye for detail

Always act with integrity and understand the importance of confidentiality

Genuine interest and experience of working with the relevant care group

Ability to communicate effectively with Service Users, Relatives and all grades of Staff in spoken and written English

Satisfactory PVG Scheme Record Check

Desired 

Previous experience and knowledge of working with people with dementia would be advantageous for this role

To have the ability to work effectively within a Team environment.

Hourly Rate : £11.55
