Maintenance

Role:

• To carry out day to day maintenance on the fabric of the building, its services, and grounds.
• To ensure that the Care Facility is maintained in a safe and efficient functional order.
• To carry out Fire Safety Checks.
• Full Time - 22hrs
• Hourly Rate : £12.13

Required:

• General Maintenance knowledge / experience e.g., minor electrical, plumbing, joinery and painting work etc.
• Good communication skills – spoken and written English essential.
• Confident team player.
• Clean driving licence.
• Willingness to receive training via E-Learning on a variety of relevant topics.
• Satisfactory PVG Scheme Record Check

Desired:

• An understanding of central heating systems, laundry equipment and hot and cold-water systems.
• A knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
• A knowledge of Fire Safety Awareness and Fire Safety Principles.
