Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth running of the Reception area and the Administration of the Care Home 

£9.25 per hour

20 hours per week (9am-1pm) 5 days per week

 

Required

Numerical and word processing skills

Knowledge / experience of MS Word and MS Excel

Good communication and organisational skills – spoken and written English are essential

Friendly, confident, well-presented and customer-focused

Genuine interest in working within a caring environment

Professional telephone manner

Understand the need for confidentiality when dealing with Service Users, Staff and Company  information

Satisfactory PVG Scheme Record Check

Desired

Previous experience of book-keeping / administration

To have the ability to work effectively within a Team environment

To have the ability to work on own initiative

Good time management and prioritising ability

Knowledge / experience of Sage Accounts Package

Previous experience of accounting computer package
