To help set our celebrations off on the right foot, our Burns lunch haggis was piped in by Gregg into each dining room and presented with flair by our chef Peter.
The address was eloquently delivered by Rab (one of our resident’s sons) with great ceremony and everyone clapping along as the piper played and drinking a toast to the haggis after Rab's address. Dinner was followed by a good old Scottish sing-along with the opportunity to enjoy a wee dram, sing song and a dance. Ian enjoyed singing very much and even gave us a few solos, while the ladies took to the floor for a dance.
