Senior Care Assistant Nights

Role:

- To oversee/maintain the care of all Service Users and achieve high standards in care in a professional manner

- To effectively supervise care staff, in the absence of the Manager and Deputy Manager

- To delegate tasks, supervise and monitor care practice of all junior Staff

- To promote best practice in all aspects of care delivery

Full Time/Part Time

Hourly rate: £12.24 per hour

Required:

- Previous supervisory experience

- Keen eye for detail

- Always act with integrity and understand the importance of confidentiality

- Genuine interest and experience of working with the relevant care group

- Ability to communicate effectively with Service Users, Relatives and all grades of Staff in spoken and written English

- Satisfactory PVG Scheme Record Check

Desired:

- Previous experience and knowledge of working with people with dementia would be advantageous for this role

- To have the ability to work effectively within a Team environment

- Experience in administration of medication
